Delivery Options & Costs
- Standard Delivery: £3.99 (Free for orders over £80) — 2 to 4 working days.
- Express Delivery: £6.99 — 1 to 2 working days for orders placed before 2pm.
- Next Working Day Delivery: £8.99 — Available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 2pm.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Information
- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a dispatch email with tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse.
- Delivery Partners: We work with reputable UK couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
- Tracking: All deliveries are tracked. Use your dispatch email to follow your order's progress.
Missed Deliveries & Address Issues
- Missed Delivery: If you are not home, our courier will leave a card or attempt redelivery. Please follow the instructions provided by the courier.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Dunya Drip cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.
Important Delivery Notes
- Public Holidays: Deliveries are not made on UK public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next working day.
- Severe Weather: Delivery times may be affected by adverse weather conditions.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to some UK postcodes and remote areas may take longer than stated.
